Hi, my name is Ola Oswiecinska. I am a Health & Wellness Coach and the founder of Coach Me Wellness. I specialise in helping people find relief from the symptoms of chronic body inflammation present alongside many chronic conditions.

My Story

It's my personal story that sparked the passion for health coaching. My health challenges began several years ago, when I started experiencing symptoms of hypothyroidism and some time later I also got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, an autoimmune disorder.

These years were not easy for me. The impact on my day to day life, education, work, social life, commitments and leisure time due to the thyroid-related symptoms and inflammation was significant.

I was experiencing low mood, weight gain, low energy, fatigue, overall joint & muscle aches, trouble concentrating, brain fog, memory issues, weak and brittle nails, skin issues, trouble sleeping, waking up tired, puffy face, increased sensitivity to cold, muscle weakness, thinning eyebrows, balance issues, gastrointestinal problems, lack of interest in doing things I used to enjoy.

I didn't feel like myself anymore.

Meanwhile, my body was attacking its own organs, I was feeling unwell, lost and unable to get a meaningful advice anywhere.

The Breakthrough

That's where my healing journey started. Once I understood what my body needs and started prioritising its needs, I began to see incredible improvements in my health and vitality. I never looked back. I've started focusing on my diet, implementing essential lifestyle changes, and working on my mindset. I realised I could feel well again, be myself again.​

I hold a Coaching Certificate - Health Coaches Academy, 2024, & PCI.

Before becoming a Health Coach, I practised Engineering, working for 10 years as a Research Engineer and Software Engineer. I hold PhD in Mechanical, Automotive & Manufacturing Engineering (2020).
